烏克蘭總統澤倫斯基今天傍晚對英國國會發表視訊即席演說時提到，烏克蘭因為奮勇抗敵成了偉大國家，但仍需要英國等文明大國的協助，包括盡一切所能協助確保烏克蘭空域安全並加強制裁俄羅斯。

 澤倫斯基說，烏克蘭面對的是世上最龐大軍隊之一，面對的是莎士比亞劇中「生存或消亡」（to be or not to be）的問題。他強調，烏克蘭對這個問題的堅決回覆是要生存、要自由，一如此前多次強調的：烏克蘭將不計代價奮戰到底，不投降，也不會失敗。
